Refund and Cancellation Policy-
Adda52 LIVE offers a wide variety of deposit methods using credit cards, debit cards, Net Banking etc. All our payment methods are user-friendly, efficient, and completely secure. Once user makes a payment through any one of our payment methods (Credit Card / Debit Card / Pay-By-Cash), he shall be able to book his seats for the live poker tournaments. To ensure the highest security for our users, we only process cards through the 2-factor authentication to prevent fraud. User will also receive an email on your registered email ID indicating the amount of the transaction and confirming the success of your transaction.
Keeping in line with RBI norms, we do not accept International cards.
At Adda52 LIVE, we have a customer friendly return and cancellation policy.
1.User can request for cancellation or can unregister from a tournament 48 hours prior to the start of the tournament by writing an e-mail to info@adda52live.com and will receive a full refund.
2.In case the user cancels his registration between 48 hours and 24 hours to the start of the tournament, a 5% deduction will be levied on the total tournament fee.
3.No refund will be given if the user submits a request to unregister within 24 hours to the start of the tournament.
4.The refund will be processed back to the same instrument from which the payment was received.
5.Once the Tournament starts user can no longer unregister and refunds are no longer possible.
6.If the user does not turn up to collect the Tournament ticket his buy-in will be included in the Tournament prize pool.
